Pricing questions
Do my entrants pay anything?
No, never. Entry is free with no purchase required: only the organiser pays for the tool. A DrawSeal giveaway is a free prize draw, not gambling.
Which plan should I pick for a single giveaway?
The Per campaign plan: a one-off payment, with no subscription and no renewal, for one giveaway of up to 2,000 entrants. If you run giveaways regularly, Starter includes 3 giveaways a month and Growth includes 10.
What happens beyond 2,000 entrants?
You don’t have to change plans. From your billing page, add a pack of 500, 2,000 or 10,000 entrants to the giveaway concerned. The Growth plan goes up to 10,000 entrants per giveaway, and Scale / Agency has no cap.
What if I need more giveaways this month?
Add a pack of 1 or 5 giveaways, paid once and valid for 30 days. Your subscription stays as it is.
Monthly or yearly: what’s the difference?
The quotas are the same. The yearly plan is paid in one go and gives you two months free: twelve months for the price of ten.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account, with no commitment. A plan change takes effect at the end of the current period, and nothing is charged before then. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, until which your access stays complete; it does not give rise to a pro-rata refund.
Are prices shown excluding tax?
Yes. The tax-inclusive amount shown applies Belgian VAT at 21% as a guide: the tax actually due depends on your country and your VAT number, and is calculated at checkout. A business established in another EU country with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe: upfront for the per-campaign plan, and charged at each renewal for a subscription. DrawSeal never stores your card details, and your invoices stay available in your account.
