Hosting
The service and the data it processes are hosted within the European Union, with an infrastructure provider established in the Union. No data is hosted or transferred outside the European Economic Area.
That provider, along with the other processors, is named in the data protection policy.
Nature of the service
DrawSeal is a platform that lets an organiser create and run free prize draws whose every draw is cryptographically verifiable by anyone.
Entering a giveaway is free and requires no purchase. No stake is asked of entrants: the service therefore falls neither under the Belgian Lotteries Act of 31 December 1851 nor under the Gambling Act of 7 May 1999. The only money flowing through the service is the subscriptions taken out by organisers, governed by the Terms of Sale.
Personal data
The controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is SRL BUSINESS SPACE, identified above.
The purposes pursued, legal bases, retention periods, categories of recipients and how to exercise your rights are set out in the data protection policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.
Any question about personal data may be sent to appflow@bsbelux.com.
Intellectual property
The platform, its visual identity, its texts and its software components are protected by copyright and remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. The rights of use granted to users are set out in the Terms of Use.
Trade marks, logos and content uploaded by an organiser remain that organiser’s property.

Any complaint should first be addressed to the publisher, using the contact details below. We undertake to reply within a reasonable time.
A user acting as a consumer who has not obtained satisfaction may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service — Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium — mediationconsommateur.be.
